I need some with the notification sound

I'm not sure why or what, but it seems like everything few minutes my notification sound goes off.

I have no alarms set and texts or email coming in.

Any suggestions on what or why and how I might be able to stop it?

Its gotta be some app running in the background... do you have notifications set for Tapa maybe? The fact that its every few minutes makes me suspect that its some kind of social networking app.

It's not Tapatalk. I don't have notifications turned on. It can't be gmail because I have specific sounds set up for each. The notification sound that is playing is the main one.
