I rooted and i flashed AOKP

Ever since i flashed my first rom which was cm10 my battery has been draining faster than ever. Now that i put AOKP on it, it still drains extremely. I could just roll up to school listening to music starting at 100% then it drops like one percent every minute. I'm wondering if this is normal or is there a issue with my phone?

I have had no problems with battery drain running Task 650's AOKP ROM.

Sounds like you have an app or a configuration setting causing the drain

Any idea how I can figure out what's causing the battery drain? when I'm on stock, my battery life is amazing but ever since I flashed, the battery has been horrible. Yesterday I flashed ParanoidKangdroid and the battery is horrible to.

I would look for an app called GSAM or similar in the playstore. It might help you find what's draining your battery
