I successfully paired my Galaxy 4 to my new Subaru but cant get my contacts to load. How can I accomplish this?

I successfully paired my Galaxy 4 to my new Subaru but cant get my contacts to load.

e tested another phone and it is not an issue with the car. Is there a setting on my phone that is stopping the loading of my contacts?

Usually when you first pair the device with your car it should ask you if you want to allow the car system to access your contacts, phone, and messages. Maybe you denied that permission by mistake?
