I Think I Love Bixby

Here's another one....

Is there a way to get Bixby to open a specific app using a "generic" command?

Example: I use the Samsung Focus app for email, but if I say "Open my email" it opens the stock mail app. Is there a way for me to teach Bixby that "email" = Samsung Focus?

All I want it to do is turn on Bluetooth when I get in my car, load Spotify to my favorite Playlist. It will turn on Bluetooth and open Spotify but as soon as I ask for the Playlist, it tells me it can't do that, so I disabled all of it. I use Google assistant but even that won't open my Playlist on Spotify. Oh well, I'll keep waiting for that feature on either platform.

Ill tell you what I love lol, all those reward points I'm racking up from using Bixby. I love picking a reward and spinning the wheel! I haven't won anything yet though . Did you know that hitting the "great" button after Bixby does something for you that you get an extra point?!!

And how do I get the"Recommended" commands thing off of my quick commands list?

I just found out that I can use Bixby voice commands while having the Bixby button remapped with app Bixby Remapper. Cool!

Yeah. It's kind of annoying, but that isn't a screen I spend a lot of time on anyway so it's tolerable.
That's true. I'm really loving playing for prizes with all my reward money though! I'm trying to win that kids tablet for my 7 year old!

This is a feature I like as well. To earn cash while using a convenient feature on my smartphone, gotta love it.

Bixby still can't understand my accent I've tried talking slower, faster, prouncing words slower or faster and still nothing.

It took 20 attempts just for it to recognise me saying "Open The Guardian"

Such a disappointment while Google assistant does it in the first attempt.

Maybe you should try taking your mask off 🤣

Last night I was writing a paper for a class I am in, sitting in a quiet room by phone says "Hi, I'm Bixby". Strange, almost like my phone was wanting my attention.

wow, just watched this, pretty amazing and highlights perfectly how the Bixby / Google Assistant debate is really both/and, not either/or
