I was supposed to return my broken phone in 15 days but i have lost it, what do i do

I have a galaxy note 10, with broken screen, I was sent a replacement and told to return the broken one but I can't find it or its been stolen, what do I do now tho keep from being charged a deductible.

and to be clear - you're always going to be charged the deductible, what you're trying to avoid is being charged for the full device cost...
