I was told my Samsung Galaxy TabS can do both data and cell - it won't.

I bought a Samsung S 10.5 Tab and was told I can use it both as a cell and have data on it. I have a SIM card with cell and data - inserted into the tab and it doesn't work for data, only cell service.

Frustrated.
