ICS completely renewed my interest in my Razr Maxx... I was just starting to become bored with the launcher themes out. This should keep me busy for a good while. Only annoyance is the fact that notifications and ringtone have been separated. Got slider widget to fix that, so all is well

Live wallpaper is Digital Flux by D'Keesto (looks super cool in action, uses minimal battery).
Clock widget is DigiClock by David Goemans--there is more than one Digiclock out there.
Toggle bar widget is Power Controls by Painless Death.

This was on another thread, but basically very simple... turn off your screen, then hold down the buttons until you see the Motorola logo.
