If I purchased an ATT Galaxy S4 outright, got it unlocked, and took it over to TMobile?

What would I be losing if I purchased an ATT 32 Galaxy S4 outright, therefore, they have to unlock it for me, and carried it over to Tmobile, and put their sim card in, what would I be losing? Any functions, speed, apps?? or will everything be okay??

ATT plans, really turn me off.

Bootloader would be locked. If you are not interested in flashing custom ROM, it won't be a big deal to you.

You will get Edge Data speeds in most areas, 4G or 4G LTE speeds ONLY where reframed or available.

I don't think it will work. The T-Mobile one is the one that works in ATT because it supports more bands.
