Ignore call and send text

Ok, I know when ICS was released, one of the things they mentioned was built in, ignore call and respond with a text.

I have a setting under call for "Edit Default Message" and it says, "I am busy right now. I will call you later."

I would love to use this functionality, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it to work. Can anyone shed some light on this?

When you get the call from another mobile just push the unlock button up instead of to the right to answer. Then the choices for a text response will appear in a new message box. You simply tap the one of your choice.

gotcha. I had been testing this when the phone was unlocked! Thanks!
