I may have had my first case of this but only this one so far.

I had been on hold in a call for for 15-20 minutes and had the phone on mute while I did other things. Someone finally comes on and says hello but the screen is black and when I tap on it to get to the mute button, it stays black while the person keeps saying hello. It finally woke up and I hit the mute button as the person was saying goodbye. Just missed another (even longer by now) wait on hold by a spit second.

I have only noticed ghost touches in 1 app. I have a harmony hub and use the phone app to control the TV... once and a while when looking at the guide it will advance several screens with my thumb just hovering not touching

screen is fine on mine, have had it for 2 maybe 3 weeks. like it a lot so far.

I haven't experienced anything like that since I've had it since launch. Not saying there can't be an issue with some of the devices though.

No issues with mine. I've had it for about 3 weeks.
Multiple tests done. I've published them and some have claimed I'm using a different device.
Some noticed zooming very slowly in Instagram was an issue but I never do that. I regularly zoom in photos and maps.
I'm getting way over those claiming everyone is affected and you are just somehow putting up with it. The range of the severity of the issues points to something more out of whack for some.
It isn't as buttery smooth since the updates were released.
