Impossible to reboot or Factory Reset LG G4

My LG G4 has got stuck doing the Marshmallow update. It's looping and I can't reboot it or do a Factory reset. Removing the battery doesn't help - the loop starts again when I put the battery in. None of the button combinations, which are supposed to do a hard reset, interrupt the loop.

Help!! Please! Can anyone suggest how to interrupt this loop so I can start all over?

Wondering if you phone is getting the issue that some G4 have with serial numbers 505, 506, 507, 508. Maybe try replacing the battery.

Manually reflash the firmware using LG Flash Tool W/Guide.
