i'n stuck on kids mode on my alcatel 5030U phone

[Android Central Question]

Idk how but kids mode got turned on and now I'm stuck, idk the password because I had never used kids mode. I can't access any app either... so going to settings and disabling the app is not an option.. I searched up ways but couldn't find anything expect the last option being factory resetting my phone but there's important data in it which I can't lose, so is there any way I can disable the kids mode without factory reset?? i would appreciate a quick response

Welcome to Android Central! Has this always been your phone? It sounds like it may have been someone else's before you, or at least somebody else created a kids mode password on your phone. There's probably no way to get rid of it without a factory reset, sorry.
