Incipio off grid keeps unmounting sd card

I recently purchased the incipio off grid case for s6 edge and for some reason the sd card I have keeps unmounting sporadically. it essentially makes having the sd card useless because the music I store stops playing once its unmounted and essentially any and all files I have I cant utilize because the card is unmounted. Is this a widespread issue? Maybe its my sd card, I have a 64gb sandisk.

No, but I just wanted to see if it was a widespread issue or if it was just me. If its widespread I would just return it. I believe if you exchange you cant return. Not sure

I have one of these, well 2 now.. I was having major signal issues and was blaming the case, so I RMA'd and got a new one, while this was all being processed I went ahead and sent the phone in for warranty work just in case there was an issue with the phone, which there was.. So that's fixed, I have received a brand new offGRID, hooked all up, and now all I ever see is the SD Card constantly mounting since it's been unmounted.. over and over and over.. I haven't tried my other case yet to see if the same thing happens since I now have 2.. But will test and report..

So, I've been using the original offGrid case I had before they sent the new one and no card unmounting issues at all.. been on since my last post.. Guess another RMA is in order..

And .. I'm going to somehow prove it.. record it, something.. That this case DOES in fact interfere with reception..

it started this morning.. would unmount and mount.. and noticed my phone was switched to 1X, then 3G.. Incipio says this case does not interfere with the signal? I don't buy it.. It's messed with my phone since day one.. and now I have 2 that do the same thing? Coincidence?
