Incoming Calls Ring Quicker?

I need to figure out how to detect incoming calls quicker. I am in a competitive race to answer the phone. I used to be able to use my bluetooth and it would buzz a second before phone would ring. That helped. I got a new Samsung s21 ultra and it no longer works. Worse it seems like it is truly delayed. It is costing me potentially thousands of dollrs to not answer phone quick- any solutions?

Note: Verizon will no longer allow a "ping" change to every second. I think that is my base problem.
