I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with Kitkat 4.4.2. The operator in Lebanon sends sends the incomming calls without any prefix country code ex"04322369", wheras the SMSs are sent with a country code ex "+9614322369". My contacts are saved with country codes. Once I moved my Google Accounts to my new note 3, it doesn't seem to be able to resolve the incomming calls to the contact saved in my contact book.
A couple of years back I had the same issue on an S3, which dragged for months before it got resolved by a firmware uprade.
Searching the forums, I saw that a huge number of users have faced the same issue since Ice Cream Sanwitch.
I already tried to remove the Google account and Add it again with no success.
Can someone help with this frustrating issue.
