tmo needs to strengthen their android line up. i would buy this phone in a heart beat and jump ship from blackberry if they released this phone onto tmobile

I think the OP was referring to one in store, so when Joe Six Pack waltzes in and wants a new phone, shazam, there it is. No one at a TMobile store will tell him about the phone only available via Google.

i think that tmobile would get the legend before they got an incredible/desire variant.

like others have said, if a GSM variant of the incredible was coming out this soon, we would have seen something about it (FCC filings, leaked pictures, etc)
