I've been with AT&T for almost 7 years and the only reason I stayed was because I was grandfathered into the unlimited plan. But paying $90 a month is ridiculous. Switching to this plan and using Groove IP will save me roughly $50 a month. Yay more booze money.
Well the cost of the phone is the cost of the phone. But if you already have a prepaid plan with T-mobile, including the $30 5GB plan, you can move it over to a new Micro-SIM card. At least that's what I was told by the T-mobile rep on their forum. That's different from activating a new plan, though. For those with an existing contract with T-Mobile, would I still need to pay an activation fee to active the new SIM card?
(I'm not familiar with T-Mobile's normal policies)
I'm really excited about this phone, Im putting my 9900 BB up for sale just to get it.
So just to summarize.
$349 for the 16gb.
$15 roughly for shipping. (Im in California, so who knows what it will be for us)
$1+$30 for new SIM/Activation.
So basically 400 bucks all said and done, yes?
Don't forget sales tax....

Heh. But don't you guys pay high property tax?
1am, huh? Ugh, fun times indeed! Glad you got them though!
Your G-1 first look video today was great! I love that you can add Folders to the Home screen and put stuff in it like your games. Sweet!
I feel you haha, I'm still sporting an LG Optimus V with Virgin Mobile. This is going to be a wonderful upgrade and it's going to save me $5 a month as well. :3
I have the same phone. The internet on Vmobile is garbage. I don't even think it can be considered 3g.
Going to be very annoyed if Google opens up sales at 3AM and end up selling out to west coasters by the time I wake up.
I'm already on a contract with T-mobile, I called twice asking if I could transfer my HTC Sensation 4G SIM card to a Micro SIM for the Nexus 4 while continuing to the end of my current contract. They were not very clear in answering, they pretty much said yes to everything I was asking, but I don't think they understood what my question was (one lady kept calling the Micro SIM a Micro SD).
So I would to like be clear. Can I have my Sensation 4G SIM card with my current contract switched to a Micro SIM that I can put into a new Nexus 4 and continue to the end of my contract? After the contract ends I will go on to the Monthly 4G plan. Thanks in advance!

YES. Just go in and have them give you another one. Ive never had a problem with that. At the very worst they may charge you $10 for a micro Sim but i doubt it.
