Inside screen protector and UbreakIfix

You do realize the repair shops are treating all protector issues as cracked screens. They tried to tell me that my first one was cracked. I made them pull it off and show me. It wasn't. I let them replace the screen the first time, that's why when it happened again I just replaced it myself.

Apparently not all. My screen was not replaced. They called with the diagnosis and said it appears it's just the protector, but if it was the screen they would have to remove my skin on the back to use the suction cups to remove back. The skin is still there.

I imagine there's lazy shops that don't want to diagnose, but the 3 I talked to all said it's hard to tell till they take the screen protector off, which is why most people think the screen is cracked when it isn't. Like I said I'll look into whitedome next time as the warranty is over and I'm paying at that point, until then Samsung can cover it.
