Inspire photo help

I have the 4g Inspire. I have been trying to export my photos to my computer for a few days, from my memory card. However, when I did this it had over 5000 pics?!?! I only had the phone for 4 months. It picked up my FB, CD's, movie covers, etc. Then not to mention I have anywhere from 2-10 of the same picture in different sizes. Please help. I need to put a slide show together. My son leaves next week to go into the Navy, and I want to make him one. Anyone???
