Instagram photos not saving

Instagram pictures won't save to my nexus 6 once I upload them to Instagram ? Anyone have any suggestions?? I tried reinstalling the app

When you open the gallery application there may be an option to view other sources. That will need to be enabled in order for you to see the Instagram photos being saved to the device. Otherwise, you can use a file manager application and find the Instagram folder in the internal storage.
