installed crap from market and now 4g wont connect.. any ideas?

i installed wimax force wake from the market, and now my 4g will not connect. My wife and i have the same phone. same location her phone connects to 4g and mine will not. We are also both running the same rom. ACS ICS v5.1 for me and v 5.5 for her.

I tried flashing 5.1 again without wiping and that did not help. i even reflashed the modem that did not work either. Any ideas?

Sounds like the program changed some settings that it should not have. Reinstalling your OS without wiping apparently did not put the correct settings back. Might be time to do a backup, wipe, and selective restore, and avoid that faulty program for now.

i already uninstalled it, but the effect it had still remains.

While it is far from appealing , I have found that when working with custom roms and possibly invasive apps that the only way to get back to where I want , or wanted to be is via odin'ing back to stock and starting over, not saying it is at all enjoyable but it seems that in the long run this was the only way to fix some of the errors I have run into, good luck, and try the suggested wipe of all systems, (system, dalvik, partition) 3x's before heading to odin, that would definitely be simpler than what I've had to do
