Installed the latest firmware update pushed by the phone. Now WIFI doesn't have internet.

It'll connect to wifi but no internet access.

I've reset everything, factory reset etc.. cleared cache blah balh all that stuff.

Disabling wifi is the only way i can access internet now...

I connect to samsung support. they remote in and do the same stuff i've already done. then he concludes ok factory reset. I've done that!!!

I had the same problem but found the solution. Let me know if want to try solution.

I figured it out. Apparently something in their update wasn't compatible with my wifi router. Upgraded wifi router firmware now it works!
