I have SquareTrade as well. $125 for 2 years (a little over $5/month), but currently, I noticed a sale on their website that brings it down to $99. As mentioned above, no theft protection, but I'm concerned mostly about damage. The $75 deductible is much better than when I had Asurion on Verizon. For me, the key time for insurance is in the first few months, where accidental damage can be a real bummer--may not be covered by your credit card, certainly not covered by warranty. It's good peace of mind for me to know that if I thrashed this phone by accident, I only need to pay $75 instead of $400 to get another.
