Hi, I have the International Model of Nexus 5 (LG-D821) and I am traveling to the US, to pittsburgh in a month so I was wondering if I would have any problems whatsoever getting 3g or 4g networks there.
According to wikipedia, the american version (LG-D820) has these specs:
- CDMA band class: 0/1/10
- WCDMA bands: 1/2/4/5/6/8/19
- LTE bands: 1/2/4/5/17/19/25/26/41
While the International one has
- WCDMA bands: 1/2/4/5/6/8
- LTE bands: 1/3/5/7/8/20
I was hoping someone could give me an advice on which carrier to choose (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint... or any other) to minimize any compatibility issues while in the States. Any other info or suggestions/advice are also greatly appreciated.
