cmon let him switch to the iPhone, it's his choice and his right. oh and don't worry. if you need to make a video call, we'll turn on our android wifi hotspots for you![]()

The thing is that the iPhone has to compete with both hardware AND software. All Google has to worry about is their OS - with so many different hardware manufacturers out there right now making Android devices, it won't be long at all before we see phones that match up or surpass the new iPhone. I wouldn't be surprised if there's not one before the end of the summer (Droid Extreme, Droid Scorpion, etc).
Iphone 4 looks amazing but... they still are too controlling of their hardware and software. i will support the company that allows more customization and lets the consumers tailor their devices to their needs.
the biggest two reasons the iphone4 will do well is 1. brand 2. the app store, previous iphone users who buy a lot of apps will be hesitant to lose the money they have sunk into it.
spec wise, the phone (aside from the screen) is nothing special or revolutionary. but apple has never really been about specs.
it's a marketing game. and apple has the advantage there.
Agree with all points. It really is not that better. The only way it's better is the screen (possibly) and the front-facing camera. They have been playing catch-up with multi-tasking. I'm surprised that the 3GS didn't have multi-tasking capabilities; BB even beat them to it by years!
Incredible > IPhone, I think. (though I would buy the IPhone, if I were on AT&T- It's going to be the best smartphone AT&T has).

I agree. The new iPhone is really nice, but is not a huge improvement over the Incredible.
You can only use it on Wi-Fi, there's no ability to record the video streams, brand new system instead of existing (like skype/qik), only supports iPhone 4.
That we know of. For all we know the next version of OS X will include it. (in fact, I would bet on it) We can almost guarantee the iPad will have it as well.
lol the iPad doesn't even have a camera...........
I like both Android and iPhone but Verizon is my carrier of choice and I don't wanna leave them. My annual upgrade is in January but I'll wait till summer to see what new phones are out on Verizon then. If the next iPhone comes to Verizon and I like it, I'll probably use my upgrade on it. Till then, Droid does for me.![]()
