Once they receive it, it only takes a few days for the money to return to your account. Mine took 3 days.

I got an email from htc that they received the device and my refund is confirmed. It will take 5-7 business days to get the money back. Anyo ne knows how long it actually takes from this point on?

Received the refund. Total 7 days. Not bad at all. Didn't have to call them at all.

I sent in the solar red last Thursday and received my refund today. It seems that whatever the problem was earlier in the process has now been straightened out.
