Is it possible for the 8 cores to work alongside each other ?!
i know that for the 2 quad cores to work together there should be some hardware that enables it to perform such tasks. but i was asking my self this, what if there was an app that did it. an application that shares the processing or splits it between the quad cores so instead of having a 1.2 and a 1.6 working separately, we would get a 2.8 processor which would truly then become an "OCTA-CORE"..... or am i talking nonsense here?...

Not really, but if there was it'd be more like a simulated 1.4 Octa worth of power.
