Is it the LCD or Digitizer?

So I dropped my galaxy s7 edge and the screen broke. The screen is still functioning except for the bottom 1/3. It's black and green with lines and doesn't respond to touch. If I turn it sideways everything responds to touch except for that side of the screen. If I push on it, it changes. Also the whole screen will go black and green sometimes and I have to repeatedly hit the lock button, then it'll clear up. Digitizer or LCD? I Would rather go the cheaper route if that will fix it. If not, I'll have to throw it away unless I can find a kit less than 200$.

It's both that are damaged. The digitizer controls your touch, part of it quit working as you said. The lines and discoloration are damage to the display itself.
