Is Paying full price still the only way to keep unlimited data

and is Verizon the only ones doing this? My friend who is on at&t still gets to upgrade his phone on a 2 yr contract and keep his unlimited data

I'm sure if there was any change to that we would have heard something here. Unfortunately, I think you still need to pay full price for a phone in order to be grandfathered in

Or buy a used one from someone else online. I'm in the same boat. I'm able to upgrade, but I want my unlimited plan

If you have a family plan, You can transfer the upgrade from the unlimited line to a non unlimited line. There is a long thread here
