Seems that apparently the coupon code is no longer valid at least on the US site I was under the assumption the code was good until May?
It's not HTC fault? Really? They cannot advertise their product with ads that go directly against Samsung and Apple and it's somebody else fault?
That's how Samsung started, they made a good phone and went against IPhone directly, nobody knew about Galaxy brand.
They can make a phone twice as powerful compared to G7 or IPhone, without big marketing campaign they won't make big sales numbers. Let's hope they sell enough, it would be sad to go away.

Not in Canada, the LG5 is $800 and the 10 is $1,000. The Nexus 6P is $700.
That suuucks !!! I guess its a good thing I finally buckled and pre-ordered yesterday afternoon yaaay !! Sorry about that dude !!??
Oh wow, I just pre-ordered yesterday too. Maybe the coupon only has a limited number of uses? Anyway, I was willing to buy at $600, but not $700. Without the coupon code I would have waited for the price to come down.

Canada's exchange rate sucks. Blame your Prime Minister and Economic Council.

Me too .I wonder if it makes a difference if I order through the US site or if I have to use htc canada because I live here.?I'd be saving even more by paying in us dollars even with our exchange rate.I don't think this is priced too high. Currently saving up to buy it unlocked

If a company like HTC has problems selling phones is the biggest reason the money. Why wouldn't you buy a Nexus 6p or 5x which runs good software and always the next updates. You also can buy oneplus for a lower price and good build quality.
For me the price over 600$ is way to high
slimmed Sense down to the basics
HTC is promising fast updates
I don't agree about the statement of stock experience; to say near stock/vanilla would probably be more accurate. I am under the impression that this new version of Sense is similar to what Moto had for the 2013/2014 Moto X. Now, don't get me wrong...I like the way they are going here. With the HTC 10 you are getting the stock Android experience, with a few much appreciated addons
