Is the Kindle Fire HD 8.9 a good tablet?

Just wondering, I might have a opportunity to get a 32 gig one in damn good condition for 190, so I figured I'd ask.

It's a great tablet I think. Obviously you know what you are getting in to with amazon services but you can also sideload a lot of apps they don't have. Perfect size and great price!
