Is the OnePlus 8 pro dead? Or will it eventually be restocked?

It's been 2 months since the release of the pro and I feel like they sold a bunch of units then it's just been out of stock. Then the screen issues popped up. Are they having a hard time fixing the issue and that's why theirs a huge delay in bringing it back to stock? I've been trying to get one for almost a month now. Actually just got fed up and bought a galaxy S20. Thoughts?

I'm glad they were able to sell so quickly and it's not vaporware but two months is a long time to be out of stock. Maybe the pandemic is another factor in their supply chain?

Perhaps the pandemic is causing some delays - you never know with these types of things. Hopefully the 8 Pro gets restocked soon!

I know. I've been irritated that they've been out for weeks. I check every day hoping more would get in stock, but nothing. I really want that OnePlus 8 Pro and I don't want to settle for the OnePlus 8.

I remember checking and checking to see when they'd have the 5T back in stock when I had wanted to buy it a few years back - I feel your pain! Hopefully OP will update their stock soon.

I have multiple times. They just say within a week. That's been 5 weeks in a row. It's also strange they brought back the 7 pro.

Agree ...if I was shopping for a phone I would go with 7 ...if I didn't have two Androids now I'm tempted to scoop up ...
