Is the wireless tether ever gonna work right?

So when I tether my data connection keeps dropping out.

Doesn't matter how good my signal is, my 4G logo disappears for a split second and I lose my internet.

Now just once in a while is understandable, but it happens every 10 seconds when it acts up.
