Is there a completely stock 2.1 ROM around

Beezy made a completely stock 2.1 ROM for us

Hey guys. I was hoping someone knew of stock 2.1 rom. something with no changes. i just want root to do things like wireless tether. thanks guys.

As for me, I didn't want to use any of those 3rd party ROMs either so I just rooted the stock ROM.

i saw that and then saw something that said the exploit was closed already. i didn't wanna run the ruu and then be stuck. sad face winky smile.

That's what I did....I will probably get rid of a few sprint apps that I'll never use, but other than that, I was fine with the stock 2.1...

It is nice to know that I can take the plunge into other ROM's if I decide to however!

Here's stock.It has su and wireless tether already installed for those that want stock but with the ability to tether alreaddy built in.

wipe everything before flashing.First boot takes sum time.

Don't accept the over the air update from sprint.

The market should work fine.I just checked i can see paid apps.I just looked up mlb and mlb at bat 2010-14.99,paid version of cachemate show so it should be good.

Its not rooting that does it. Its the build.prop that usually has to be edited to show all market apps,but this has stock build.prop since sprint has made it official the footprint in the build.prop is in the market database.blahblah.lol

Yeah it should work with no problem.Just incase make a nadroid backup before you flash it.

error messaage

I downloaded the zip file and copied it on to the SD card I reboot the phone using the Volume down and power i then select the house button and I get a black screen with a picture of a phone and a red triangle with an exclamation point

you should be using the power and home button when you turn it on.

If using this I would recommend doing that last step on the 2.1 rooting documentation, so you don't get any pushed updates to lock your phone.

Try this plug into pc,open command prompt enter these commands.
adb shell (press enter)
reboot recovery (press enter)

leave everything alone after you enter reboot recovery.It shuld boot into recovery that way for you.
