is there a LTE Multiple Band enabling tweak?

I got the 32gb unlocked US Version of the HTC One, on specs it says LTE 700/850/AWS/1900 (US) - is this for US LTE only or other countries using these bands will also have LTE on the phone?

to my main question, is there a tweak or something to enable LTE 1800 or other bands on my phone? or is it a hardware issue?

I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue. If not, it's baseband/RIL stuff that shouldn't be messed with at all.
