Is there a way to block specific Wi-Fi networks?

Samsung Galaxy S5 on AT&T

When I'm at home, my phone is constantly scanning nearby networks. Most are consistently show up because they're my neighbors. Is there a way I can block these networks and stop my phone from scanning for these while still leaving my network open for our family?
