Is there a way to silent the notifications through the speakers and send them to my Bluetooth?

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone is connected to the Bluetooth speaker or headphones, then that should be happening. Go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the settings icon next to the speaker or headphone device. Make sure Media Audio is checked on.
