Is there any way to keep the 2 soft keys illuminated, as on my Note 2?

Cant find an app, nor any setting in the phone itself, to keep the capacitance buttons illuminated when the screen is on. Mine go out 2 seconds after the screen comes on, or after (kinda silly) I touch one of them. I need to see them BEFORE I want to touch them. sigh.

It is disabled in certain variants I believe. Same as on the s6/note 5.

You can adjust it to stay on as long as you want. You set the time

yeah, the app lets you adjust the time or have it keep the keys lit whenever the screen is on, which is my preferred setting.
