is there Gear S2 compatibility problem with Note 10+

Hi there,

Got me a new Note 10+ and after I connected it with my Gear S2 I find that the watch faces won't allow me to do anything with the settings on them. I've used the same purchased watch face since I found it a number of years ago and have had the S2 for years. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. Now I can't even access the settings. It's also not displaying all the notifications I could display before.

Does the Gear S2 not play nice with the Note 10+ or what's going on? Any suggestions on how to get this working again?

no problems here though I did lose the watch face I was using when I first got the note 10+ was the wearable app a fresh install on the new phone or from a backup? do you have all the latest updates?

I don't know about updates. How would I know and where do I get the updates from?

I used to have screens I could go to, like settings for example. I could press my screen down with my finger and change things.

I can't do anything with these screens.

Just did the updates thing. Says I'm all up to date. I'll try again now.
