Is there spyware on my phone or am I turning nothing into something??

To sum this up the best I can there have been multiple occurrences where a few people knew things they would only know if they had spyware on my phone. This has been going on for six months. I had myself convinced that I searched so deep and looked at so many different files, processes, apps, data, cookies, basically if you can read it or open it and see numbers and letters I've looked into it somehow. Today I was just bored and stumbled across a few things that rekindled these thoughts. The screenshots I have are a VERY small portion of unexplained things I've found in my phone. So, if this isn't enough for someone to come to a conclusion I have more.. This is the final straw for me. If this is spyware I need to move on with my life if it isn't then I look real stupid. Thanks in advance for any useful info

Since none of my phones are by Samsung, I don't recognize everything I see here. However, nothing is jumping out at me either.

Have any of these "knowing" people had physical access to your unlocked phone?

Do you have a history of downloading questionable software?

Also, do you post a lot on social media? People can figure out a lot about you simply by reading your Facebook/Instagram posts, Tweets, etc.

If the phone is carrier branded phone chances are the permissions that go along with that could be surprising. Also that FB and messenger apk are very intrusive. Have you considered installing a task mgr apk? this way you can see everything working in the background and delete what you can w/o interfering with samsung/carrier overlay.
