Issues connecting to 4G

Okay, so my EVO was once able to connect to the 4G network here in Greensboro, NC. Today, it just will sit at Scanning > Connecting to Sprint (will stay here for a few moments) >Scanning > Connecting to Sprint.

It never actually connects anymore. Anyone know what I can do, if anything? Maybe a call to Sprint is in order.

I too have this issue and live in the Chicago burbs were reception is suppose to be great. Bottom line I can not use 4g. This might be a deal breaker.
