Issues with custom ROMs.

I'm running the stock 4.2.2 with Franco kernel and Nova Launcher. I've tried twice to install JellyBAM, but it has soft-bricked my phone both times. Does anyone have suggestions for a stable, reliable custom ROM for the N4? I've tried CM10 on my most-recent previous phone, which is also a LG phone, but that's too close to stock in this case. Maybe PA would work?

So the Franco kernel is compatible with CM? Are there any other ROMs it works with?

I am loving this kernel. The battery life has not really been better for me, but I am loving the ability to adjust display settings (especially gamma and saturation).

Yes, Franco kernel works with any ROM.

I'd say most ROMs. If the ROM isn't AOSP based then it might not. But generally speaking that's most of them on Nexus devices. Not sure how it would work on like a Sense port ROM for instance.

I don't think the Franco kernel is built for anything other than aosp roms, I mean to have a custom kernel for a manufacturer rom, you have to have their source code, which of course would have to be modified to work with the n4, which done incorrectly could brick the device.
