Issues with Text

It seems my texts aren't working. I upgraded from my BB Torch to the Samsung Note, kept the same service, but, I am not receiving texts that friends say they sent, and they are not getting the ones I send. I hate talking to AT&T, so thought I'd just ask here for help figuring this out.

I suspect it's not a problem with your note, but rather your account configuration. I think you'll probably have to talk to AT&T. Sorry, I know that's no fun.

Thanks! I was hoping not to talk with them, but guess it can't be avoided. UGH!
