No, the estimated delivery date was the 9th.
That being said the phone has been within a one hour drive away from me since the 3rd. hah.
Fedex is saying the 10th, from PA to MD. I'll keep my eyes on the tracking. Maybe I'll get lucky.
A watched pot never boils. Supposed to be here by 3 so I've been waiting around the house all day. My dog isn't a big barker but he's been either barking or growling about every 15 minutes like someone is coming up the driveway all day. Max of 1.5 hours wait left.

at least yours is in newark! lol. Vzw says it shipped the 3rd...fedex says it picked it up on the 5th at 530. last update was yesterday at 715 that it left fed ex Coatesville, PA facility...no updates today. as an extremely impatient person, i'm not having a good day right now! lol

I ordered early in the game on 6/8, AmEx was charged early yesterday and I just got my notice that it won't be delivered until Tuesday 6/10.
Meanwhile people who ordered as late as 6/20 are already getting them in hand today.

Same here. Hoping its a glitch in Fed-Ex system and its actually out for delivery today. Passed up a perfect beach day to wait for this thing.
I'm hoping at the very least if i dont get it today...which its looking doubtful....it gets to the Edison facility by tomorrow and i'll go pick it up. (i've done this before even though some people are saying you have to tell the shipper to allow it....but knowing my luck i'll get shafted)
I can honestly say I have never so disappointed on such an anticipated shipment. Mine has shipped, but arrives Monday. I was going to go to ATT and buy one tonight, and cancel my VZW order. I suspect that I will not have good reception where I work, as I am not getting right now with the Droid X.
I guess I'll have to wait until Monday/Tuesday to test it out....AT&T signal is boosted at work, so signal is fantastic!
Now I have the dilemma....wait till Monday and test, or return it box sealed and get my ATT Phone today! HELP!!!

My phones have made it from PA to NJ, too bad I'm on the other side of the country. I'm not sure if modern see every step tracking is really a good thing or not, heh

Obviously I would not switch carriers just to get the phone a couple days sooner, but if you truly believe you may have a better signal and network speed with ATT at home, work, other places you regularly go then I suppose it's worth a try... if that's the case I would start new ATT service WITHOUT porting your number over at first. Assuming you get a 14-day window* to try out the service, and make sure it meets your needs. Do all this without opening/activating your VZW phone when it arrives, and I would think you could return the VZW phone and cancel your service without penalty. Only then would you port your number over to ATT.
*Disclaimer: I have no idea if ATT gives you a 14-day window to return your phone and cancel your contract, you should verify that first. I am not, nor have I ever been an ATT customer, employee, or shareholder. I am not a lawyer, nor do I play on one tv. And finally, I did NOT stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I actually have been Carrier hopping since May. I had T-Mobile (Horrible), switched to AT&T with the Galaxy Note, and 28 days later on 6/14 switched to Verizon.
While on AT&T, I had not problems with signal at all. At work AT&T Signal is boosted throughout the facility (we get poor receptions with other carries). Voice was great everywhere, and dta was good. 3G in tough areas such as my office, and 4g (HSPA+) everywhere else... LTE was not available in my area while I had it. I liked having the 3 network congif of ATT, bcs the HSPA+ network range is very large, where as in VZW no LTE means 3G only.
Verizon was good everywhere expect the office. At first I thought it was the phone (BB8130), and a few day later switched to Droid X, with little to no change in signal. Data Im only on 3G, and it's ok, but very solid.
My reasoning is that at least at the office, where i spend 60% + of my time i'll have signal with AT&T, but VZW share everything is $30 less a month!!!
