It has shipped!!!!!!

Well, despite receiving the "your order is on hold" email last night at 5pm I got the shipping confirmation email this morning at 9am. Checked my card and it was billed. Order status is now unknown on the website. I hope I get it on Friday!

That's strange. I got the shipping confirmation and clicked on the tracking number and it came right up on the FedEx website. Verizon is still showing "sent for processing" though...

I got this when I woke up but no email. When I go to FedEx and use the tracking number it finds nothing. I order 6/12 at around 10am I'm in Virginia.

Mine shipped! Was nervous because I had received a notice at 4:30 yesterday saying the payment couldn't go through. Called and fixed that at 5pm but was worried because I didn't receive a shipping email (until just now). rep yesterday told me they don't ship after 4:30 pm and wouldn't be shpping 7/4, but he was wrong! My fedex status showed shipped 7/4 from West Chester, PA. Oddly, it shows estimated delivery of 7/9! but I was told I'll have one day shipping because of my location. Yippee! Will have Thursday or Friday!!

Mine shows 'picked up' not 'in transit'. To me the definition of shipped is it has left the Verizon/samsung facility! We should get them Friday, since I don't thing they'll be any transit today. And if there is, I'll be pleasantly surprised tomorrow!

2 day delivery is business days, unless deliver pays for Saturday delivery. I don't think today has any transit either. Fedex site also says:

There are two possibilities. One is that FedEx doesn't have it yet. A tracking number is issued when the label is generated. The other possibility is that FedEx does have it, but only as a pickup. large distribution centers seem to have access to some FedEx and UPS services on holidays, even though it is not considered a 'transit' day for them. Just as FedEx is open on Saturday, but unless you specify Sat delivery, it doesn't count.

If you receive notice today and it says 'picked up' I think transit doesn't start until tomorrow, which means 2 days is Monday. But if transit is today, then 2 day delivery means phones are delivered Friday!

That's why I'm wondering why ETA is the 9th... If the order was picked up today 2 days should be Friday (not counting today). I would love for it to show up on Friday but since I don't really have an option Monday will have to do if that's what happens... Since we're both showing the same status and are in the same geographical area I would assume that whatever happens for one of us will happen for both...I'm in Somerville by the way.
