I've used it every time to purchase products from Google play. Never a problem. It's just weird. Maybe my order is still processing which is why it hasn't shipped yet. Idk.

So today I got my shipping notification.
I ordered at 3:30PM EST on Launch day... it said that will be shipped by nov 8th but oh well got the shipping info today

so probably it will arrive on tuesday because i got 2 day shipping

Ordered 32GB Black, opted for 2 day shipping on Thursday at 2:48Eastern. Showed nov 8 shipping, just received my email with shipping tracking number..

I ordered two 32GB black models. Opted for the normal shipping. Both have shipped and have UPS delivery confirmation for Monday. Sorry for those that paid extra for faster delivery. If you ever purchased from Google you should know their delivery is fast. I also ordered a white 32GB model but have not received any shipping info.

It seems like the type of shipping you choose, and paid for, doesn't really matter. I did 3-5 days and am getting it on Monday like everyone else. And I've seen a few others like that too.

That's so odd. I placed my order at 4:00pm on the 31st and its still pending saying it will leave the warehouse by the 8th. Almost makes me wonder if I place an order now with the "3-4 weeks" wait which one will ship first.

Yeah it is weird, especially since I thought I completely missed the boat on the Nexus launch. With the N4 I was all over it seconds after launch but this N5 came up on me like crazy. Anyway, I hope your device ships soon.

37 freaking dollars of sales tax in Chicago. It's ridiculous. And that's with the 3-5 day shipping. They love gouging you for money here. Its kinda their thing. And the thing that sucks most about it in this case is that it makes such a greatly priced phone so much more expensive to buy. Yes its still cheaper than all other top tier phones but that $37 is such a huge difference.

I am definitely disappointed. I order two nexus 5 just a few minutes after lunch. When I click on buy it said 1-2 days. But when I finished processing my order it showed me November 8. But today my order is still pending :/
