'I've Ordered a Nexus 5' Thread! (Order & Shipping Discussion)

Ordered 32 gb black at about 4:30 PM EST on Thursday with NO 2 day shipping (showed ship by Nov 8th). Got shipping conformation around 5 PM today (Sunday) with delivery scheduled for end of day Tuesday. I'm in Georgia - Atlanta area.

I ordered mine at 4:22 PM EST (black 32gb, regular shipping by Nov 8) and got the shipping confirmation at 2:13PM today. Dunno if that helps anybody else...

I received my shipping email & tracking number today, Sunday, November 3, @ 3:06PM EST. I ordered a white 16GB at 2:22PM EDT, 22 minutes after ordering went live, with regular shipping. I live near Philadelphia, PA. The tracking number doesn't show any info yet.

Part of the reason I'm excited to get the Nexus 5 is because I'm going to pass my Nexus 4 on to my wife, and use her Galaxy Nexus to check out Ubuntu Touch. I was considering selling it, but I don't think it'll be worth all that much, especially after it was announced that it wouldn't be receiving an official KitKat ROM.

It's starting to bother me more seeing some people who had the 2-3 week ship dates get their tracking number's and delivery dates by this tuesday When I order it had a 1-2 day ship date and nothing. How does that make sense?

It don't make sense bro, it makes no Fun sense!!! Even called amex and they said everything is good on my end, waiting for Google to complete purchase, so I'm clueless.

Not to rub salt in your wound but I received my notice at 1:42am on the 2nd and my label still hasn't updated with tracking info. Weird thing is though when I did refresh once it showed a scheduled delivery of the 5th yet it still showed no tracking info.

I order 32GB Black at 4:18PDT on 10/31. It said 2-3 weeks when I ordered so this was a pleasant surprise. Got the shipment notice this morning (Sunday). I paid for 2 day and UPS says it's scheduled for Wednesday. Maybe GGL is making up for my Nexus 4 order debacle!

I did two separate orders the second one is sechuled for Wednesday.
The first order shipped first so am hopping tomorrow it might show up it's not tracking yet.

Looks like the the time frame for the 32GB Model has went back up to 3 to 4 weeks on Google website...

I got my shipping email Saturday at 1:42am pst. (that's California time) and my tracking number hasn't been updated at all. Still says the same thing.

I had to wait another day and sign the lil paper they leave authorizing them to leave the package at my front door.
