I won't say that a new phone is of THAT importance, nor that speculating on shipping date is hard actually.

it's apparently important and hard enough that we have almost 900 posts here in just a few days, frenchie.

Mine's just arrived Was originally showing as 8th November when it was ordered. Other guy in the office who ordered the same time also just got his in the same delivery.
180mb update just installed and now it's bringing down all my apps. It's much lighter then I expected. Feels nice.

how long did that 180MB update take?

Guys help please. I got my tracking number but it's stuck on"initiated" on the FedEx website. There is an estimated delivery (thursday) but I'm not sure if FedEx have the package yet since its still initiated. Anyone else?

I'm still waiting for shipping confirmation despite ordering before almost everyone that has posted in this forum (sorry if I feel bitter but come on). I just checked my credit card and the pending charge/hold disappeared but there is no cleared charge either. Is that normal?

Typically, that means that the barcode/tracking number have been created but the package has not been scanned or picked up by FedEx. If it was just created this morning, give it several hours for FedEx to make their scheduled pickups and get it scanned into the system.

On the original email which was sent on the 31st yeah it says that but when I check my order status it says pending and pre-order.

I signed up for UPS text messaging updates and was fooled into thinking my Nexus 5 was at a nearby facility.
Here is my most recent tracking on a first hour order, 3 to 5 day shipping, to So. Cal.
Kansas City, KS, United States 11/03/2013 8:26 P.M. Arrival Scan
Still scheduled for Thursday.
Oh well, just have to wait out the week.

Not when I check in my order status. It still shows as pending/Pre-Order but original email stated it would ship by 11/5. Maybe its backordered or something or they sold out of the white models and we are waiting for a re up
