I bought the black version 32Gbbon Nov 04, and Im still waiting for them tp send it. They annonced 2-3weeks delay. Anyone knows if there is any chance that's going to be faster than that ?

Possibly but if you read the email I had with support in this thread you will see that apparently it's a pretty random process.

I ordered a 32gb Black on November 1 at 8am CST. Up until today the main summary page of my purchased devices said ships in 2-3 weeks. Today when I look at my summary of device purchase it was updated today to say "Leaves warehouse by November 22, 2013" but when I go into the order it says it will ship on November 22. I just checked my credit card and there is a pending transaction (the initial one dropped off after two days) so I'm fairly certain mine will be shipping out on Monday or Tuesday.

Here is something to consider. There are 4 different phones that are getting shipped out. Phones will be shipped out based on what is in stock and also when the stock is replenished. I would assume phones will be shipped in the order the orders were received but shipping will be based on what is currently in stock. So it's quite possible someone who ordered a white 32GB (least popular=most stock) could easily get theirs much sooner than someone who ordered the 16gb Black (most popular=less stock).

Unfortunately there are many factors and since not everyone is posting specifics of the orders it is too hard to say if there truly is an issue with prioritizing of shipping.

Nothing was shipped, only a label was created on 11/3 and no one at Google, including supervisors, know anything about the package. They've definitely got problems. Sounds fun! Those colors remind me of a pint of sherbet or orange creamsicle. Yummy. If the price drops someday I'd like to get one too.

I dont have iphone but I think they are much better logisticly speaking. But for 350? less and android, I wait.

I tried to give up and cancel and they said they wouldn't cancel. They told me they had launched an investigation into the package. At the end of 5-10 business days they would then issue a refund (they never told me this until today) because even if they do find the package they can't resend it (um, what?) and I would have to reorder and be at the end of the queue with everyone else ordering today. They couldn't even place a new order for me (since I'm going to have to do this anyway) now and put it in the front of the queue. Although, even if they did they clearly don't have a system that identifies a chronological queue. Completely ridiculous. They took my money on the 31st and are basically using it as a loan until they decide they can refund it. The supervisor repeatedly told me he could do nothing, that he was the highest authority (does he own Google?), and that the people who can cancel orders can only be reached by email. I did a chargeback with AmEx, Google can deal with them, I'm done with this order after being in communication with six agents over a week who were of no help.

I ordered through wirefly yesterday. I made the order at 11:30am and the phone shipped by 2:50pm

Really pissed with Best Buy today. First store I stopped at had 1, they would not price match at all, and said it HAS to be a brick and motar store and only a few (target, walmart).

The second one said they would price match but said that under no circumstances would they allow me to leave the store without activating it. I told them I was buying it outright and therefore had absolutly no reason to activate it, I told them I'm with ATT and do not have Sprint service. They then proceeded to argue with me that it's a "CDMA device" and it can only work on Sprint even after I showed them proof (via Google Play and the actual box of the device) that it is CDMA and GSM.

After 10 mins it just wasn't worth it anymore and I left.

I had ordered a Nexus 5 on Google Play and ship date wasn't until 11/26. Went on Craigslist today and found a 16GB black for $400. I paid $387 on play store so I cancelled my order and bought the one on craigslist for $13 more. Totally worth it. Phone in hand.

Haha ya I ended getting a phone thru sprint and still have my 32gb on order gonna sell my 16gb on here as soon as it comes for like $320 make some fast money lol

I almost did that until I found out the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Oh wait the first thing I'm going to do is void it anyways! Lol
