In the US here. It changed to processing today and there's a new temp auth on my card. I wouldn't be surprised if it ships out tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Hi All new here

I've ordered a 32gb Carbon 1hr after the reveal and its still showing as pending, checking google play it still shows as pre ordered but in the google store it shows as pending but 26-28th expected date,

I'm in Ireland, Strongly thinking of canceling and getting one in Northern Ireland from car phone warehouse its 50 euro cheaper as well,

^^^^ Keep the Euros if that's an option. It will cover or offset any accessories you need like an extra charger.

I have been having issues with my nexus 5x (Quartz 32gb)order for a while now. I had to re-order it twice now. I am using a BOA debit card.
The first time I was charged and had money taken out, then my purchase was reversed and canceled by google. It took me 7 days of constant calls and emails to finally figure out it was cancelled without letting me know.

Fast forward to OCT 8, I contacted google, and order with them on the phone and had them check to see if it processed, and IT DID. My order was charged and changed from pre-order to processing within a few days. Then today 10/15, I had my purchase REVERSED again.

What do I do? This is causing so much unnecessary distress and GOOGLE has not helped me at all.

... and now the temp auth is gone again less than a couple hours later. Weird.

A temp authorization posted to my CC, but not the full amount. It's the phone plus tax, no Nexus Protect. I think this is a test charge to make sure the CC is still good before the final order process.

Just made an order for a 5x and it says will ship on the 22nd or before and I should receive it by the 28th. Does Google generally ship earlier than the specified date? Also what dates are yours going to ship?

I was just about to post the same thing - the amount I was charged for includes the device and tax; no Protect. It's odd since the two holds I'd had on my card were for the full amount (including Protect).

I waited to order because I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a Nexus right away but when I found out my Att Moto X wasn't getting lollipop I pre-ordered on the 8th. I've noticed charges appear and disappear off my card. Order status hasn't updated yet, but got excited when I saw the pending charges.

Contacted Google. My order (nexus 5x quartz 32gb) seems like its still "processing on their end" and shows up as pending on my end, will ship on Oct 23.

I don't understand why Google can't just announced a Nexus phone and have them in stores 2 weeks later like Apple does. Actually most Android manufacturers are terrible when it's time to release a phone

ordered mine from carphone warehouse and just got dispatched for delivery on Monday 19th I did notice there is a upgrade my delivery but there was no option for this Saturday or Sunday
